This was a very good week of bowling for me and my team.  First off my bowling, I shot 256-210-236=702 (1 open a 4-9 split).  I also raised my average from 216 to 218 for 24 games.  As for the team we won the First Quarter and swept all 7 points for the night. 

My first quarter stats, I had 20 opens for 24 games which equals .833 opens per game.  I hope to improve that for the rest of the year.  High game 289 and high series 740. 

Well tonight was another good bowling night for her again.  She bowled 180-179-178=537.  Thats definately pretty consistant.  She raised her average from 164 to 166.47 for 21 games.  But, the team struggled and the only won 2 points. 

Well today was a good day for my wife and not so good for me.  The team did well as we swept all 7 points this week to move into a tie for first.  Kristin bowled 235-197-211=643.  She beat me 2 games and totals.  It doesn't happen often but she bowled really well and deserved it.  She raised her average from 183 to 186.95 for 24 games.  I bowled 186-211-209=606.  I lowered my average from 235 to 231.45 for 24 games. 

Well tonight I bowled pretty horrible.  I bowled 209-159-234=602.  I dropped my average to 216 for 21 games.  But my team swept all our points to maintain First place by 5 points with end of quarter next week.  Next week brings on a new challenge and I took notes over the last 2 weeks and hope to use them next week when it counts.

Well today was a tough day for my wife.  She lowered her average on this league.  She bowled 147-183-157=487.  She had to do a make-up set right before and was getting tired since she doesn't usually bowl 6 games at a time.  She is now averaging 164.38 for 18 games.  I feel that she will soon turn the corner and start raising her average in this league to match her average on Sundays.
